With over 25 years of experience in designing residential interiors, Marta is known for her keen creative intuition and knowledge of the trade. Her passion for color and design includes not only the aesthetic, but also in ensuring the project is completed correctly and on time. Marta’s strong project management skills, attention to detail, and continual advocacy on behalf of her clients make for a seamless customer experience.

She believes design is a process through which a room evolves. It encompasses the style aesthetic as well as achieving the right balance of beauty and practicality – form and function. Her interior design portfolio includes residences throughout the Greater Boston area, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Nantucket, Chicago, Florida, as well as other locations throughout New England.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in interior design from Michigan State University, and is a long standing Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Prior to founding Marta F. Interiors in 1992, she worked as an interior designer for several high-end home furnishings providers. She has also taught courses in interior design.
